What We Think of “Meet Me In St. Gallen” (Movie)

Yesterday we watched Meet Me In St. Gallen.

Maricar:

The movie was so relatable. It reminded me of the time when Richard and I liked each other a lot but couldn’t “be together” because of certain circumstances. An absolutely frustrating time, but filled with so much hope and buckets of kilig. ;p

Bela and Carlo were amazing in this film. They take you through the highs and lows of the “its complicated” relationship, making you scream in your head “MAGING KAYO NA NGA KASI!!!”

Richard:

I am so proud of my boss Erickson Raymundo and his whole Spring Films team!!! So inspiring how their previous movie “Kita Kita” highlighted underrated stars Alessandra and Empoy.

I surely believe this film will do something similar for Bela Padilla and Carlo Aquino. Both are just so damn good!!!

Maricar:

The film kept me guessing until the very end. And as the end credits rolled and the audience wiped their tear-stained cheeks before the lights went on, I smiled and thought, “That’s exactly how it should be.”
